Here's a video uploaded straight from my iPhone 3GS over AT&T's 3G network through Pixelpipe and into Facebook. The video size is 13.5 MB and took 20 minutes to upload. The video is pretty good, but it lost some quality and color over the air.
Video: He got tired of chasing his uncle on the bike. (via Facebook)

When I have things to comment on or post, I normally like to do so across all my online networks: status updates on Twitter & Facebook, photos on Twitpic & Facebook, and videos on Vimeo/YouTube and Facebook. Although Twitter normally handles my text updates pretty well across my platforms, I prefer to send my media through one portal called Pixelpipe (iTunes). If you remember, I went over a little about Pixelpipe back when I had the N97. "Pixelpipe is a Social Web gateway that allows users to publish text and upload photos, video and audio files once through Pixelpipe and have the content distributed across over 80 social networks, photo/video sites and blogs, and other online destinations." I have it setup so my content could be sent to Facebook, Twitpic, and Vimeo.
Using the Pixelpipe application is easy, however flawed in several ways. The media screen does not allow you to upload photos or videos that are not in your current camera roll. You may add a title, caption, and keywords before uploading, but when you do, the Pixelpipe application must be active during the entire upload. That's no problem for photos, but a painful wait when uploading videos. Fortunately for those with jailbroken iPhones using Backgrounder, you can continue to do other things or lock your iPhone while the file is uploading. I do not post text through Pixelpipe so I'm not sure how well that works, but the settings allows to you to edit your account and destinations straight from the application.
